Edward Everett letters, 1820-1828.

The collection consists of four handwritten letters: to M. Bruen, 20 March, 1820, making arrangements for the two to meet; to My dear sir, 29 April 1820, mentioning a trip to New York in connection with soliciting help in editing the North American Review; to Dear sir, 13 April 1828, serving as a letter of introduction for his friend Mr. Bancroft; to Jonathan Meredith, 16 June 1828, complimenting Meredith's nephew Mr. Bourne, and regretting that Everett could not devote more time to their friendship.
